(at least that is what I experience in PSCC2015. It is not so easy to check in PS since ACR window is bypassed when the LR adjustments are sent with the RAW data. It is an easy matter to check in LR in the camera Calibration panel to see the Profile being used. Just in case you missed it รข Adobe has released a free update to Lightroom version 5.7 with lots of new cameras supported (including the Canon 7D Mark II and the Nikon D750) and some new features for Lightroom Mobile (including one that helps for client feedback), and an integrated Aperture/iPhoto importer. So I can't test what you (Grayson) are seeing. The first D810 Camera Profile listed when the Adobe Standard is missing is called "Camera Flat" (this could be perceived as washed out.) I have a D810 but I don't have PS13 (CS6). But I discounted the possibility since the LR image would have been "washed out" too. I thought about this possibility when Grayson said the PS image looked washed out. The goal of this release is to provide support for additional camera raw support, lens profile support and address bugs that were introduced in previous releases of Lightroom. Lightroom 5.7 is available on and through the update mechanism in Lightroom 5. They include support for 24 new cameras including Sony A5100 and QX1 plus a whopping 57 new lens profiles. Click to expand. If the file looks fine in LR6 but not when sent to PSCC2015, I would think the problem is not the missing camera profile called Adobe Standard. Adobe Lightroom 5.7 and Camera Raw 8.7 are available as final release updates.
